Processing Time
Each item is made to order just for you. That means we don’t grab it off a dusty shelf — it goes straight into production once your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During busy periods (holidays, sales), this may be slightly longer

Shipping Time
Once your order is ready, it’s shipped out depending on your location:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and can vary due to customs, carrier delays or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If it doesn’t land in your inbox, check your spam folder (it loves hiding there).

 



Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because all products are custom-made, things work a little different from traditional retail.

Change of Mind
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong colour or design

So it’s worth double-checking sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If something arrives looking like it had a rough journey (or isn’t what you ordered), we’ve got you covered.

You’re eligible for a free replacement or refund if:

  • The item is damaged

  • There’s a manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

What to Do:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll organise a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 



Order Issues & Delivery Problems

Lost Packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or your parcel seems to have vanished into the abyss, get in touch and we’ll investigate.

Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong shipping address:

  • Contact us immediately

  • If the order hasn’t gone into production, we can fix it

  • If it has, we may not be able to change it

 



Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within a short window after purchase (before production begins). Once your item is in production, it’s locked in.

 



A Quick Heads-Up

Because items are made and fulfilled by our print partner, slight variations in colour or design placement can happen. It’s part of the charm of made-to-order products — and usually barely noticeable.
